Opportunity:
We have to see opportunity and put in the work. If we don’t see opportunity we don’t put in the work. We are dropping out of high school because we haven’t connected education with aspiration in a long time. The kids are saying what’s the point? They are saying, “If I can’t get a job or see economic opportunity at the end of this, let me sell drugs (Illegal Entrepreneurship ).
Talk without being offensive. Listen without being defensive and always leave your adversary with their dignity because if you don’t they will spend the rest of their life making you miserable.
Success is going from failure to failure without the lost of enthusiasm.
A drug can heal, cure and make you well or it can make you an addict.
The Drug Dealer:
He/she understands import, export, finance, marketing, whole sale, retail, inventory, security, customer service and territory. They are not dumb people they are misdirected. A gang organizer is nothing more than a angry union organizer.

America is by far the best country in the world. It is without a doubt an amazing place. Where else can you reinvent yourself, recreate, reaffirm and reimage yourself?

Because of our experience 70% of Black America is clinically undiagnosed depressed. This would explain a lot of our anger, our lack of hope, our frustration. We are not skeptical enough. At times we are cynical.
