By As I slowly take off my stained glasses to clean them I’ve often pondered about our late night rendezvous at Houston’s and the unforgettable smell of your perfume as you entered the restaurant forcing all heads to respectfully turn and focus, on you. It’s true, I had to be the luckiest man in the world despite your laughter at my nervousness from knocking over my hot cup of peppermint tea before I popped the question. There’s nothing more beautiful than a dozen Sterling Silver roses with a single red rose in the middle to set the mode and tone. The cheap newsstand lavender flowers are in the past and no longer does the trick so I had to step up my game to stand out and capture your heart. Today’s our journey of a new beginning as time unfolds, revealing itself, and if nothing else if all fails then she will forever remember me for the rest of her life.
